Ah,. yeah, that has to do with how much income they take. If you take 90% of the income=resources you are responsible for paying taxes on that. Oh the logic.

We will all pay that same amount of taxes when we all get an equal share of the finite resource (or income in this context).

We want them to pay 90% of their income which, hopefully, will work out to about 200% under current tax rates. We want their money because it's like real hard to make any and they don't nee all that cash.
