Dude asks him what he thinks about raising the minimum wage. This idiot politician tells him to get a job. Someone should have slapped this clown in the face and reminded him who the hell he works for.

Yeah, I got a pretty good laugh from that comment about you being a right-wing (!) plant as well. Hilarious!

Heh heh heh.

I don't know why, but that news of the TPP really set me off. It was like the straw that broke the camel's back. I've lost almost all patience with the "vote for Obama" crowd.

Raise your own minimum wage, get some skills. You might also ask that the country stop flooding the low-end of the job market with immigrants. Over-supply is the part of the wage picture liberals never seem to be able to grasp. Dry up that over-supply, and wages will rise all on their own.

Danny Glover showed up in Houston to protest low wages for janitors. He should've gone to Laredo and demanded border enforcement. See, as long as we keep fire hosing in supply of people without skills, the pressure will stay on wages for people without skills.

After watching your video, I believe that the senile, old man running for a gov't seat got his talking points mixed up. It seems that he used the wrong argument to address the person's question. The old man probably needs to find a new profession, one that he can better understand the literature.

Just in case you cared, I don't believe you are a Republican, but i do believe you are a perfectionist and are unable to compromise. Does that make you worst than a Republican? I don't know, but i do know that perfectionists are the most prone to be disappointed.

Im a guy that is sick and tired of losers in congress claiming they cant do what we want, while they have no problem doing what we dont want.

That is far from a perfectionist. The vast majority of the people in this country want the same changes. They wont do it. Fuck em.

I guess where we differ in opinion is that I believe nothing substantial will ever change until we all change. It is not just politicians who believe their policies are best, but there is a great portion of our society who believe we should be the world's police officer, who believe there should be no dissent with American policies. And as long as this portion of society is able to direct foreign and local policies, we will keep going in circles casting blame on the other. We are where we are because of our love affair with wealth, and there is not a policy devised that will change that aspect of America. America is in the shitter because of the collective ethos of this nation. Trying to change what we value through politics is authoritarian in nature. No, the only way America will change is if every individual does some in-depth introspection. Until then, it is just round and round, where we end is anyone's guess.

I think that this population could be the most apathetic in the history of the planet.
