I say we just organize a march and reoccupy Zuccoti park, they may arrest some of us, but if we get enough people they won't be able to arrest us all. Let them arrest us, beat us, and attack us. We will just become martyrs. Reoccupy!

Manvena Reynolds once wrote: It isn't nice to block the doorways, it isn't nice to go to jail, there are nicer ways to do it, but the nice ways always fail. I don't think there is anything necessarily violent in a very assertive effort to say, shut down the stock exchange or occupy a public space, though the police response may be violent and lately that seems to be more the case than not. The movement has been very disciplined in its nonviolence. It is hard to imagine what the movement could do that would be less provocative excepting perhaps...nothing?

Come on, they just cleaned out the trash and shit you left behind last time.

If the police did a fundraiser for time on the water cannon blasting you hippies, I think they'd do really well.

Uh, that's not really a good idea. In my opinion, it's not a Non-Violent Protest if you are citing violence. Try and do things in a way that won't get people arrested, beaten, and attacked. I don't think being a martyr is something enjoyed. How about a calm and reasoned process? Why not try and change things in a way that won't be met with brute force?
