Too bad the 99% Conglomerate doesn't exist yet, or it would have "consumed" the Hostess corporation and transformed it into a Phase 3 subsidiary. In other words, workplace democracy, employee ownership, and everything else that goes with it.
What are we supposed to do? What will happen? Nothing, as long as there are political parties and elections in this brutal capitalism we erroneously call democracy.
