The amendment S.AMDT.1456 was passed on Dec 1.
all people deserve the rights to a speedy and public trial not just citizens
the public deserve the right to public trials of the prosecuted
The vote on this amendment is long gone and over with.......it failed.
We now have two bills that are going to be reconciled and sent to Obama.
