What?

Section 1
- Qualifications . . . for electors . . . shall not abridge or discriminate against a Citizen's ethnicity . . . .or stable mental . . . . disability.

So, does this mean I can get elected no matter if I am in fact crazy as a shit house rat?

Section 4
- Number of Representatives shall be . . . .(306) In each State . . . there shall be solely six districts

There are currently only two from the State of Vermont - this would give the State considerable more clout than it currently does. Is this fair?

Section 9
- Lobbying . . . offering an amount exceeding 10,000 United States Dollars, . . . shall be strictly prohibited.

What? No No NO

And then Section 9 is listed again, regarding: The Rule of Law - is this a typo? If it is the rest of the sections are misnumberd.

Section 11
- They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of hte Peace, be properly held accountable and the court shall faithfully establish a hearign for their actions, during their attendance at the Session of their respective Houses.

What? I don't even know what this means . . .
