Romney and Ryan are so untrustworthy and radicalized, who knows what could happen if they get power. Romney can't represent himself as a tourist abroad much less the U.S.. And Ryan is like Palin was -- a nobody from the sticks who is as radical fiscally as he is socially. Romney is sure to wage war on Iran asap. And watch the wrecking ball destroy all the good things gov't does for our society.

This is why the right wing is so adamant that high capacity assault weapons are a neccessity. They need to protect themselves.... from themselves! Freaking Draconian knuckle-dragger nutballs.

Reagan drastically cut taxes, drastically increased military spending and planned to pay for it by cutting social services. Turns out he didn't have enough of the Draconian mindset to make the cuts afterall. Thereby tripling the debt.

Ryan will make his Draconian cuts in a heartbeat with glee runeth over. While he increases military spending and gives $300k tax breaks to millionaires. Romney will do whatever Ryan tells him.

This is the Ryan/Romney ticket. Ryan is the legit leader of that party. Romney's just the rather pathetic window dressing to enact their Ayn Randian policies to privatize everything they can get their hands on. They will do to the education system what the Yankees have done to baseball. They will destroy every social good that the government seeks to protect. And they will turn our country into a theocratic nation state to do the job that their churches can't. Hands off corporations. But government gets to be all hands on deck when it comes to my uterus. Nevermind that hypocrisy. It's just a vote getting mechanism.

Because they confuse a Draconian worldview with progress, and use third rate fiction by a hack novelist anarcho-capitalist as justification and inspiration to allow corporations to further rule us. The only thing standing in the way of complete corporate domination and the average person is the government.

Quite frankly, the Republican Party is so far over the cliff of Draconian perversity and hypocrisy, it's beyond comprehension. And sadly, Mad Max is not that far off as a plausible outcome.

The more informed you are, the more you imagine that what you're informed about matters. The election is a lot of blah blah about a handful of dollars in one direction or the other. Both sides are committed to tweaking the system, to maximizing what can be squeezed out of us. Ignore them. Learn Spanish.

On the plus side, we won't have to worry about global warming or over-population any more.

It will be thirty years of nuclear winter, and global starvation.

The living will envy the dead.
