Let us remember that most of the police in these pictures weren't doing the fighting. Lets hope there is an awakening among these folks, to do what is right, and reign in these other idiots. And soon!
This footage is really shocking, and that's coming from someone who has seen a lot of water pass under the bridge. I'm still assimilating, and trying very hard to contain my rage.
Why do bullies often times end up in police uniform? I thought they used to screen those types out at the academy during training. I mean come on those types are ripe for abuse of power and a liability for those they work with as well as a financial liability to the department. What is really sick is none of their fellow officers tried to stop them.

Real bullies go in the army or the police, they don't study ballet or visual arts. Becoming a police doesn't turn you into a pig, it's the other way around. Pigs are attracted to becoming policemen.

What is wrong with these people, don't these police know the difference between right and wrong? I mean correct me if I'm wrong, but when a cop drives his car into a protester, that is not ok. Doesn't the cop become the criminal at that point.
Assault with a deadly weapon at the very least. Possible attempted murder. I wonder if their courts will allow charges to be brought against the police force and if they will charge the individual officers for those assaults.
At the very least a complaint be lodged so the idiot be suspended while it's investigated. Perhaps thats to much CSI. idk
Well if they hide the drivers of those cars. They had best be ready for a good civil suit and a payout of major cash. I hope that those kinds of things can be pursued successfully by the people of Montreal.

So - you have monsters in your police force as well. I am sorry I had heard some good things about some joining the crowd - but I suppose those are few - anywhere. I see you also have camera loving politicians that like to lie straight faced also as we have here in the USA. All we want is for everyone to be safe - Yeah right. Fucking assholes.

This counties had a heavy lean towards fascism since at least the 60s.
That's why some of these people that act like it's new and they just discovered it, crack me up.
Of course you are right. We that remember the sixties (I assume that means you as well as I) know that. But it's coming down now to crunch time. Freedom is fine with the powers that be as long as it isn't excersized and people just go along quietly.
Well, it looks like people are tired of quietly going along and so now comes the test of the issue. Everybody who cares whether they have a future can no longer sit on the sidelines and wait it out. Not getting involved is now a decision with consequences as serious as getting involved.
I truly believe that this may be our last chance to reclaim our country from the corrupt financial, and political elite. By not getting involved, people may be sealing their fate.
I think you're right.
The caveat is, using peaceful civil disobedience. In the not to distant future, the security/surveilance state will have too many implements in place to do it peacefully. I'm not real religious, but I do pray that it isn't already too late.
