The video doesn't give much information. How did you manage to build up $18k in overdrafts and how long did it take?
Not much of a story, you overdrew your account, to rack up that much in overdrafts you must have been quite careless about your spending. How is that the bank's fault? Check with a credit counseling service, talk to the bank, but for god's sake switch to cash or learn to keep better track of your funds.

David Duke is pro-White and is trying to preserve his people.
I am not a European white person. I come from an Arab background but I sympathise with all peoples of the world who want to preserve their heritage and lifestyle. Don't you?
He pushes a foolish conspiracy theory. As far as preserving a heritage is concerned, I have no problem with that as long as you can do it without lying. All your problems are someone else's fault isn't really the kind of heritage I'd be proud of anyhow.
