Posted 11 years ago on April 8, 2013, 6:54 a.m. EST by OTP (-203) from Tampa, FL
This content is user submitted and not an official statement

War:

1.... Managed to kill more of our troops by refusing to pull them out in the last 5 years than ever

2.... Attacked Libya, and killed thousands of innocent people.

3... Bombs Somolia a few times. Bombs Pakistan repeatedly. Killing thousands.

4..... Sends troops into Uganda and Guatemala, status unknown.

5.... Expands war on terror with dozens of bases in Africa, mostly in areas that have done nothing to deserve this intrusion.

6.... Keeps thousands of security and troops in Iraq, still occupying.

7... Bombs Yemen dozens of times, killing dozens.

8.... Just last week 3 childred were killed in Afghanistan. Thousands of innocent people have died there.

9... Bradley Manning. Nuff said.

Banker/Wall St Crony:

  1. Create "Stimulus" and handed it over to wall st.

2.... QE1, QE2, QE3 equate to around 4 trillion of the people's money he has single handily handed to Wall St through compliance.

3.... Unlimited Bailouts. Ill repeat that one.... Unlimited Bailouts. Remember marching and chanting about bailouts vs sold out? This guy doesnt care. He's increased it since occupy.

4.... JP Morgan White Whale loss, MF Global scam, and LIBOR. Three world class scandals that the press didnt cover, and Obama let slide. Billions went missing with the first one, tens of billions with the second, trillions with the third.

5... Still no one in jail from the Big Six. Shocking, eh? Not for most of occupy it isnt. A few here are still clinging.

Destroying Your Kid's Food Supply:

1... I think the last week should have been the nail in the coffin for most of the nation. But what some freakin in N Korea MAY have said ran the MSM. Thanks to you assholes who voted this guy in, you just fucked us all reeeeeeelly hard with this one.

NDAA-

1... You can now be illegally detained with no rights in the USA. Obama may not use it, but there is no doubt he is setting you up for something big. No reason to sign this otherwise.

Unions/Jobs:

1.... Labor participation at 34 year low. Pathetic. No movement on anything, just going backwards.

2... Signed 3 more free trade Agreements, further screwing the people here. Did right during occupy, actually. That was his sign of solidarity. What a scam.

3... Hey, you will get keystone though. Half already done, next due soon.... Guess you have to love oil to get jobs with this guy.

4... Lots of jobs in the drone industry coming soon too.

4 Main Areas of Policy Reform:

Taxes- let middle class tax cut expire, increased on rich 4%. Other than that, still 76k pages of loopholes.

Foreign- increased war on terror and defense budget still up from 07.

Monetary- worse than ever. 85 Billion in unlimited bailouts.

Trade- Worse than ever. Ever.

Healthcare:

ACA- states prior conditions cannot be denied. Thats the one good part, and should have taken about 10pages to discuss. The other 1k pages are pure fascist propaganda, forcing the borderline poor into the lobby. No cost controls, nothing. Insurance compaines and big pharma stock prices are on a big uptick since this was signed, and for good reason. They got the deal of a lifetime. Forced corporatism at its worse.

Three more years of this maniac. And the next one will be worse.

A common sense look at progressive politics. Truth has a liberal bias. Use it. . Updated and Expanded List of 212 Obama Accomplishments, With Citations!

If we want to win elections - and this is a democracy, so that should always be your main goal - we have to make people want to vote for us. That means accentuating the positive, and talking Obama laughingabout how great we are, compared to the alternative. That's what this list is about. It's about focusing on the good things Obama and the Democrats have done, and daring Republicans to come up with their own list. The 112th Congress was the least productive in history, and it occurred during an economic recovery. If we can't make ourselves look better than that, then we're pathetic. We have to stop being pathetic.

Is Obama perfect? No, he's human. Does he deserve some criticism? Of course. But does he deserve the level of criticism that's been leveled at him? Hell no. President Obama has compiled a STELLAR record, especially when looked at in view of the obstruction he's faced for four years.

Pass this list around to everyone you know who whines that Obama's done nothing. Then note that a large proportion of these accomplishments came with a Democratic Congress, and if they want more, they'll have to help him achieve it. And if anyone tries to claim this is all bunk, point out that, unlike many such lists, every item includes a citation supporting it. This fight is not over. We can't allow 2014 to be like 2010.
