I just stumbled upon this thing, you should do some research about it.
Maybe it would be a solution to the financial crisis - I am talking about the reactivation of the executive order 11110. it prevents that the private fed owns the money and it ensures that the money would be controlled by the government, not a private bank.
The order has been made by Kennedy, Then in 1987 Reagan rewoke it. It's all on Wiki and YouTube.
He signed that order right before he was assassinated.
Yes, sadly... there are conspiracy theories about that. Anyways, the sad thing is that Reagan just cancelled it in the 80ies. It's time to get it back for the people.
