Forum Post: Rationalism is on the rise

The Rationalist party will be a registered party sometime in 2012. The idea is simple..To provide choice.The Rationalist party will welcome new emerging parties that also offer choice to like minded individuals.

Rationalism is not unlike the Democratic party except it will push for real democracy,it will push to eliminate monetary influence of politicians. It will fight to preserve capitalism with rules to play by.It will not deny that we are and need social programs..such as socialised medicine ie: Single Payer Universal Health care and socialised education. It will seek to end filibustering by fighting for majority vote wins. This means Rationalists will fight to eliminate electoral college. Rationalists will fight for a true parliamentary form of government. Rationalists will fight for term limits on all elected positions and all appointments.
