Would a national holiday for national elections require a constitutional amendment ?
No, congress could declare it.
so the amendment to overturn CU & corporate personhood does NOT need to include this
I would keep the amendment as clean as will do the primary job of overturning CU, the naming of Holidays is something congress can do after all Christmas is not in the Constitution and nothing says election day can't be a holiday, I saw this and posted it hoping Matt would see it, I know it's a subject he's interested in and I do think it would be a good ideal.
