Forum Post: Question - what are these "points" that I see in the Best Comments?

Sorry for a stupid question, but how do I assign points to comments that I feel are especially pertinent? In the "Best Comments Today" section, I see a number of points for the different comments, but have no idea how I can "vote" for a good comment? Thanks.
