Yeah, he's been doing that crap all day from what I gather. I saw another thread earlier that was saying he did the same thing.
Thank you very much. Putz is dealing with sexual frustration. The Gov. is thinking about using him as crowd control because people run whenever they see him.
He obviously has way to much time on his hands.
