ATLANTA VA OFFICE OF LOAN GUARANTEE A CRIME SCENE? THE CALLING OF OUR TIME!: PROSECUTE THE ATLANTA VA LOAN GUARANTEE OFFICER! “This is a massive fraud on the American taxpayers and American veterans,” James E. Butler Jr., one of the lawyers bringing the suit, said Tuesday. Tens of thousands of the VA loans have gone into default or resulted in foreclosures, resulting in “massive damages” to the U.S. government, the suit alleges. The faulty loans will cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, with the costs rising as more VA loans go into default, according to the suit. Purge the boil of its puss! RICO! http://4closurefraud.org/2011/10/05/unsealed-complaint-wells-fargo-bank-of-america-j-p-morgan-chase-and-gmac-mortgage-engaged-in-a-brazen-scheme-to-defraud-our-nations-veterans/

READ THIS! PROSECUTE THOMAS H.,BUFFTON! ATLANTA VA LOAN GUARANTEE OFFICER!! HE SWORE AN OATH TO THE USA NO BOA! WE THE PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW! HOW MUCH MONEY AND WHERE DID IT GO! 'When do we ask for indemnification? •For loans that should not have been made •For loans to an ineligible party •For loans that show a disregard for VA’sunderwriting standards •For loans that show a disregard for VA’sProperty Eligibility requirements. So…If the borrower and the property are both eligible, and you haven’t disregarded our credit underwriting standards and minimum property requirements, indemnification will not be required.'

Not the same 'banks'. 'More like the same group of LAWYERS! Racketeers operating under cover of law licenses. They must be either paying off govt attorneys, blackmailing them or extorting them to refuse to prosecute. How/Why hasn't the Atlanta VA loan guarantee officer NOT been prosecuted? Who is his LAWYER????? The answer to that question may be the key to unlock the box from HELL!

I can't understand why district attorneys are not sending these people to jail. Is our government so broken that it will only prosecute people who break laws from lower income levels? I know they will act if someone of the rich elite steals from their own, Bernie Madhoff comes to mind.

I guess laws are only intended for the lower class.

Hey, all you government law men who are monitoring this site, do your job and start to arrest some of these bankers that are taking the wealth of this whole country.

There is no amendment that allowed this to unfold. That is why we must press the 11th Circuit Court/DOJ to prosecute. They seem intimidated. They need the US citizen to back them up. They are up against a HUGE CRIMINAL SYNDICATE OF POWERFUL LAWYERS. Study the link. Read the comments. This case is HUGE. Possibly the nexus that will leverage all Americans to get justice, where non was otherwise possible. IMHO.

[-] 1 points by nighttalker (57) from New York, NY 12 years ago

Is this about a CRIMINAL NETWORK of SELF DEALING BANK LOAN OFFICERS/UNDERWRITERS (not 'BANKS'), LOAN ORIGINATORS/BROKERS, Real Estate Brokers, AN INSIDE KING-PING?, VA LOAN GUARANTEE OFFICER? and a Protection racket POSING as LAWYERS?, A CRIMINAL RACKET that has here to fore been well concealed? If so, only to be exposed by the VA LOAN GATE? The VA Loan Guarantee Office is NOT a BANK, or the FDIC or Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac. It is constructed differently. Thus, it takes a BRAZEN and very CONFIDENT and well organised criminal racket to conceal this type activity over time. Necessarily, it must be 'go to the top' of the judicial system, to cover up any leaks as they occur. The ramifications of this VA-GATE, to the lives of everyday Americans, especially in Georgians are unfathomable! How high and deep must the machine of corruption go to sustain such a BEAST? The VA Loan Guarantee officer swears an Oath to the USA not some inside operatives at BOA!

It seems like it's always the same group of players, doesn't it? BofA, J P Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, etc. I think RICO charges should be brought against the whole lot of them. Don't forget Goldman Sachs, crown prince of the Evil (banking) Empire.

[-] 1 points by nighttalker (57) from New York, NY 12 years ago

Add it to the list.

Since Congress made fraud legal, due to bribes received from the fraudsters, there's gonna be no court cases, and you're not gonna get your money back.

Sorry to dissapoint you, but these people are professional criminals. They don't ever get caught with their pants down.

[-] 1 points by nighttalker (57) from New York, NY 12 years ago

In this case they were caught, with their pants off. And what they did was not made legal by Congress. That is the beauty of it. Yes, they are professional criminals. Professional criminals believe they can never screwup, never get caught. This time, they got caught. They MUST be prosecuted. IMHO.

[-] 2 points by cmt (1195) from Tolland, CT 12 years ago

I believe that a civil suit is in progress against them now.

[-] 1 points by nighttalker (57) from New York, NY 12 years ago

Civil suit is not criminal suit. The lawyers will protect the lawyers and undermine the case. IMHO. Read the link and its comments.

Massive damages to the U.S. government, my ass, it is to us the tax payors that will have to pay this bill. Our government signed amendments into laws that allowed this problem to unfold.

we are the US government

[-] 1 points by nighttalker (57) from New York, NY 12 years ago

Yes, all the more reason for all of us to pursue this to its rightful conclusion: Federal criminal prosecution, the seizing of all assets, pensions, etc of all convicted, the imprisonment of all convicted. No less. NOW!
