UN Environmental Constitution For The World Would Establish An Incredibly Repressive System Of Global Governance

Most people have no idea that the United Nations has been drafting an environmental constitution for the world that is intended to supersede all existing national laws. This document has a working title of "Draft International Covenant on Environment and Development" and you can read the entire thing right here. Work on this proposed world environmental constitution has been going on since 1995, and the fourth edition was issued to UN member states on September 22nd, 2010. This document is intended to become a permanent binding treaty and it would establish an incredibly repressive system of global governance. This "covenant", as it is being called, claims authority over the entire global environment and everything that affects it. Considering the fact that everything that we do affects the environment in some way, that would mean that this document would become the highest form of law for all human activity. This proposed UN environmental constitution for the world is incredibly detailed. The U.S. Constitution only has 7 articles, but the UN document has 79 articles. If the U.S. eventually ratifies this treaty, any national, state or local laws that conflict with this covenant will be null and void. This is potentially one of the greatest threats to our national sovereignty that we have ever seen and we need to warn the American people about it.

Essentially what this proposed environmental covenant does is it takes the sustainable development principles underlying Agenda 21 and turns them into global constitutional law.

All parties to this new constitution would be forced to turn their nations into centrally-planned societies where all decisions about everything are evaluated within the framework of sustainable development.

If the United States became a party to this treaty, America would become a paradise for control freaks. Basic decisions about what you eat, about what you wear, about where you live, about how big a family you can have and about what activities you could engage in on a daily basis would be dictated by the mandates in the global constitution.

The group (the ROTHSCHILD CABAL) who funds the UN, are also the same people who fund or funded the following: OWS, the Tea Party, Al’Qaeda, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Round Table Groups (Royal Institute of International Affairs, RIIA, Cecil Rhodes), the Tri-Lateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group, the Bohemian Club, the Soviet Union/Warsaw Pact, NATO, the NAZIs/Axis Powers, the Allies, all sides of WWI, the Union and Confederacy in the American Civil War, Wellington, Napoleon, the British in the War of 1812 (a war at Nathan Rothschild’s request: “Either the application for renewal of the charter is granted, or the United States will find itself involved in a most disastrous war.” “Teach those impudent Americans a lesson. Bring them back to colonial status.”) and the Hessians. The goal of most of the global elite since the days of Adam Weishaupt has been a border less global government run by an “omnipotent” elite (read Plato’s “Republic” and you shall know their inspiration).

If you really are a true Virginian, then your loyalties first and foremost are with her and the CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. Under no circumstance would a true Virginian ever give up his/her liberty to an international government. Especially, when you state in your comment that our government is out of control. The last way to ever fix a tyrannical government is by making it an even larger and more complicated; in addition to, subjugating it to an international government. No offense, but that is either pure ignorance or insanity.

If you truly want want to fix our government then we must restore our nation to her original intentions under the CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, that is the only way. To do that first we must take back the Congress by electing only those loyal to the Constitutional Republic. Second we repeal the 16th and 17th Amendment, abolish the Federal Reserve System, and create a new Amendment that limits members of the House to 4 terms and members of the Senate to 2 terms or 1 nine year term (realize that by appealing the 17th Amendment, Senators will be nominated by the State Legislators again, this will give the States a lot more authority in the Federal Government, while reestablishing a true mixed government once again by re-creating what John Adams referred to as the natural aristocracy.) It will not be easy, and if we fail we always retain the option of nullification (look to Thomas Woods fairly new book on this), secession, and if necessary armed defense.

No matter what anyone tells you the 2nd Amendment was put in place to allow American citizens to defend themselves against a deadly threat which would include their own government. The founders knew you can never trust any government no matter how benevolent it tries to appear. For the reason that George Washington describes so accurately, “Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.” Don’t be so hasty in giving up our Constitutional Republic, 1000s gave their lives and ideas, and 1000s of years passed before a mixed government ever existed. On paper our Republic still is the only mixed government ever in recorded human history. We must defend it at all costs!

Geez gnomunny, you have an uncanny ability to read my mind. I thought the exact same thing when I read it. In fact, "OWS" jumped off the page. I just about took it out, then thought perhaps he knew something I didn't. So I left it. What do you think?

It's possible he gets his viewpoint from MSM, the majority of people still do. What we need is to change these guys' minds, 'cause they're hardcore patriots. What would be nice is some kind of event this year that would really legitimize OWS, something even the MSM couldn't ignore.

Hm...no trolls on this thread. Wonder why? I guess they can't call The UN elite globalist control freak take over a conspiracy theory any more, so the trolls are suspiciously absent. There isn't much they can say to distract or discredit the poster with, so they stay away and hope the thread won't get replied to and disappear down the list into obscurity.

I for one, think this UN attempt is a dangerous road to take. A slippery slope, that will end in suppression and oppression of the people. Aaron Russo, Cathy O'brien, Chip Tatum among others have all warned us about this very thing, and here it is playing out before our eyes. What a shame.
