In chunchula alabama a real estate company owned by paul powers is logging a small forest area, which is part of a residential district that is advertised as "peaceful country living with wild life, including deer". Now without notification he sends a crew in the log the place which is not only killing trees, destroying privacy, causing more noise, and polluting the air, it's running off and killing wildlife. It's happening RIGHT NOW as I type. Go down hwy 45 in chunchula, a mile north of the fire station on arden rd,, turn left on old citronelle hwy, and then a quick left on small service lane by the mail boxes, follow that lane next to the guard rails, go past 2 trailers until black top runs out, and you will be able to see what they are doing. This has to be stopped ! NEED HELP !

It is known that : the honest is oppressed; take bribes ; as trample poor law; the poor are despised. Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it is an evil time. If so, vote for the petition: http://wh.gov/jkl

For all those out there that feel that our Government know what it is doing and the OWS is full of it... THIS is an example of Eminent Domain weilded by a company that has been empowered by the government. If a developer comes along and sees the plot of land your house sits on and covets it. They can go to the town council and tell them of the massive tax breaks and the increase in jobs just for allowing a strip mall to be placed here or there... and Walah! Your home becomes a parking lot and you own a small check for the basic allotted value the town council decides your home is worth.
Ain't life great in a corporate run America! At least you'll have more places to shop to buy back what's been bulldozed under the parking lot!
