People in the UK are still ticked off about Iraq and WMD. Their overwhelming disapproval of attacking Syria is a way of showing they don't like being lied to.
I look at polls in the US and most have leading questions. If this and if that. I knew Colin Powell was lying from the get go about Iraq but that's only because I understand military officers. I don't like them and they don't like me.
Why don't Americans wise up and just say no to this BS. People who like being lied to are like professional victims. Stop it. Stand up for the working class and get back to issues that effect your life. Just say no.

That's your opinion. My opinion is Detroit made inferior cars for about 30 years or so. The public knew it and bought better made imports. The big three finally caught up and are making as good cars as anyone. I recently traded my Toyota pick-up for a ford. So far I'm very pleased.
You can't tell me the UAW had nothing to do the with the near failure of the big three. American automakers taking near three decades to get their act together is too long. The UAW was complicit in it taking so long.
I think you're wrong on this one. Japan still has superior engines and electronics. They've fallen behind on other things like plastics, fabrics, paint, etc.. A car isn't much good if the doors won't open. Value-wise foreign versus domestic cars are about the same now. Why do you think this has anything to do with the UAW? They just build the cars they don't design them.
