Forum Post: 'Occupy Wall Street' is being trademarked by someone...

I just read in newspaper- that the name/title 'we are the 99%' is being trademarked by someone . And 'Occupy Wall Street' is also being trademarked by someone.

Something should be done- the name should belong to the group that started this movement.
