Forum Post: Please focus in on messaging

Much of the criticism of this movement comes from the lack of one strong powerful message. It is ruining the movement to have such a mishmash of messages. It creates too much noise to the point where you are no longer heard. I absolutely LOVE that people are coming out into the streets. But, can you not settle one one message that encompasses your frustration? If all of you were speaking against the Citizens United ruling that allows corporations to take control of our government by anonymously contributing millios to the candidate that will protect their interests (effectively buying their cooperation) imagine how powerful that would be! But everything from legalize pot to forgive my student loans doesn't have the impact of a single goal.
