Remove lobbyist corruption and influence by removing Representative elections.

Government corruption can be greatly reduced (not fixed) by a direct 1:1 vote in the House of Representatives kept a check & balance with the Senate. This would eliminate lobbyist influence in Representative elections (not Senatorial) and could be implemented for both the Federal and State levels.

THIS MEANS YOU WOULD EFFECTIVELY BECOME A REPRESENTATIVE IN THE HOUSE.

You could introduce measures. You could compete with the Senate and be more active in what they vote on. Who could get more done?

Along with this I would have the Congress keep it's record fully online in digital form with text debates and Youtube video submissions. It would also require some form of biometric identification and majority/minority rules similar to what currently exists. I think this would also allow for more political parties.

Assume government corruption exists, fine. What are the solutions to fix it? Does anyone really believe that public financed election A) won't be subject to some level of corruption? and B) will prevent lobbyist influence/corruption after the election?

And why waste money on elections that are not necessary? There are 435 Representatives. I would say have public finance for the Senators. Take the money that would go to TV commercials for elections and use it for a direct vote and direct open public debate in a virtual House of Representatives.
