I have read over and over how we all should practice personal responsibility and how those that lost their homes are responsible for the bail outs and blah blah blah...

The Banks needed a bail because they made bad decisions. They made the loans to those that could not afford them or those that had an economic downturn. Why were they not made responsible? Why do those that have never owned a house, never had a mortgage be made responsible or those of us that pay our bills, including our mortgages be made responsible?

Any conservative want to answer why the tax payer, as described above, should bail the banks?
