We seek Constitutional Amendments, through evoking article 5 (constitutional convention method), that will remove money from politics and assert the peoples authority over all the institutions we create, business or government. We demand what we own.

We don’t negotiate with subordinate entities. Corporations are not people; they are born in lawyer offices, only exist on paper, have no soul and can never die.

We have to be accountable to one another and to our forebears and our posterity by asserting our authority over all the institutions we create, business or government.

We’re not being socially responsible or civically accountable when we play by corporate rules in corporate arenas. We’re not being socially responsible or civically accountable when we don’t act like sovereign people. We’re not being socially responsible or civically accountable when we permit our elected officials to bargain away our sovereignty.

Actually, we don't need a Constitutional Convention. The Constitution of the United States is not the problem. The problem is our elected representatives who are ignoring and trashing it.

They act as if they are our Masters but we must make them realize they are our servants.

Actually, I think we DO need a new amendment, maybe two. It is the only way to overturn Citizens United, mandate publicly funded elections, and the only way to limit lobbyists and the availability of money to disproportionately influence the halls of power.

I agree with you completely that most of our current representatives are ignoring decency by their corruption, but as the constitution stands now, they are doing so legally. That needs to change.

Thank you for your interest and your thoughts. We must begin to think about these issues and propose solutions.

We have been conditioned / trained to follow / obey rather than think independently and share ideas with each other in a rational and respectful manner.

Securties fraud is a felony and there was plenty of that but not one of the perpetrators has been arrested.

Our elected servants think of themselves as our elected "officials," as referenced by the main stream media, which is nothing more than propaganda. Six corporations own all the television stations, newspapers, magazines, radio stations, music companies, and book publishers.
