is this a joke? please tell me this is just a rumor, otherwise I, along with many other supporters will jump ship...

true, but it still makes the movement look like a joke...in my opinion.
So if some shock jock like Howard Stern or Limbaugh decided to have an Occupy "casting call" WITHOUT permission we are automatically tarred by it? Listen, there are scores of outside groups, posters, posers, people, politicians, authority figures, etc. trying, every hour, to take down this movement. You can't control others; you can only control yourself.
agreed! but i just wanted to hear something from the organizers on the matter and they have commented via tumblr...

Ok I seen the article. How is this backed by OWS besides a few members being on it. I can't really vilify it unless I see it. It could be great for the movement or awful. But I hope people really don't read a whole lot into it either way. MTV only cares about ratings and bringing in revenue from commercials so that worries me but it's hard to say. The OWS is in the media spotlight now. That is good and bad. They are being judged by society. It's a hard test to pass especially with the potential to be sabotaged.

Yeah I hope good comes from this but the media isn't on our side. The media only usually shows the conflict part of a protest not the views or solution. They only care about ratings.
I just read that via Reddit - MTV published a casting call on craigslist, how can anyone stop it?
The only way to stop it is to stop it from being viewed it's apparently filmed already

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.
