Dear OWS: I believe that while your demonstrations are newsworthy, I don't believe your message is. Your protests are beginning to look more like a study in contagion theory than an effective means of change - it seems as though you're losing touch with why you're doing what you're doing in the first place. It's no longer about the cause - it's about you against the [NY]PD.
You're a crowd, reacting no longer to the cause, but to the immediate receptions of your actions.
If you want to effect change, I urge you to focus focus focus your message and ensure it is disseminated so EVERYONE is speaking the same language. Combine this with an unwavering effort to stick by this message - now that's something I can get behind.
The message was lost about one week in to it. The lefties took over while claiming it was a nonpartisan movement. There is no "99%", there is a group of folks who like the idea of protesting and feeling like they are a part of something important. It is why this thing attracts so many 9/11 truthers, it allows them the opportunity to feel important, even if they aren't.
Plenty of messages, Corruption, manufacturing money,backed by no goods and services,bailing out and giving bonuses to the very ones who bankrupted the world economy.. These transnationals hold no allegiance to any govenment or monarchy,those who control money supply control the world, create wars,destabilize markets worldwide,and generally create havoc wherever they go..
OWS has already succeeded in so many ways. They got the news discussing the huge income gap, the loss of the middle class as well as the scandal we call Wall st. All these further demonstrations are just showing how unjust our system is by the way police and people in power are behaving, as I write this. Also, this movement is only 2 months old and I think it is here to stay.

She traded it for a Hot Cider. a "Dickens" Cider that's right, she got a Hot Dickens Cider and I got a back rub.
I may be too dense to get this joke...but massage is spelled with an 'a'.
