We need a nationwide, Virtual General Assembly, with voting capabilities. We cannot build a movement beyond-the-tents without some decision-making process in place.

Who can build a site with Online Voting procedures?

You make yourself a great approach, I had the same trust of you, that is a bringer of TRUE DEMOCRACY connecting current ideas.

Keep looking for the site developers but stay connected with the present organizations of OWS or all is going nowhere. Good luck.

I am not talking about making legislation, folks. I just think it would be helpful to all of us if we had some sense of what the majority of people in this movement are in support of and if we had a way to bring people together behind the issues and ideals we overwhelmingly stand for. That would be a nice change from all this snarky in-fighting. (sigh)

yeah right and who is going to read the code make sure it isnt rigged and oversee the programs ? sounds to me like the cushy casino control commission's gig. like yeah i really believe the electronic slot machines etc are truly honest and not rigged in the casino's favor.

not going to happen.

I think something like that needs to be done - but how to ensure fairness and non-rigging?

How about NewsCorp? They already have the system in place, plus they are able to inject it into the election polling machine network if need be
