I don't know how anyone can knock Paul for his actions yesterday, regardless of what you think of his other political views. I hope you are on the payroll of the DNC because if not your blind partisanship probably warrants a mental health evaluation.

You dont have to agree on 100% of their views to work with them. Do you agree on all live choices with your co workers? No, most likely not. But you work together to address a certain task.
Theres a reason the political spectrum is the only one that functions as it does. If it didnt, people would work together and there would be big time problems for the people who are running it.
We need to slow down and realize this.

Actually I think the conservatives are few on this site. Usually they find the site, make a few post, become exasperated and leave. Conservatives get beat up quickly and realize they won’t change any minds, and move along.
The other part is many progressives get slammed pretty hard here. Anyone voicing an opinion not hard core OWS is flamed to death. An example is guns. If you’re pro-gun you will be stinkled to death. There is a lot of paranoia here. Many say we have paid conservative poster, conservative trolls and internet bullies; just because they post things some people don’t agree with.
Ok, that is a lie. I have had conversations with conservatives on this forum.
Further, I have had actual conversations with the pro-gun folks where you can say, how about this issue and we have come to an agreement--yes that is reparable. So, let's not get crazy.

I wouldn't know what anyone has done to you for most of your life. All I know is that you are no better than they are if you engage in the same practices and you won't achieve different results than they did either.
I will always demonize the use of propaganda, no matter which side it's on. If you WANT to read propaganda and CHOOSE to read propaganda and BELIEVE in propaganda then FINE-admit it, embrace it, own it. And make it clear in your posts that you are doing so.
But trying to get OTHERS to read and believe it as if it's pure, unmitigated truth is evil, whether YOU are doing it or "THEY" are doing it.

Is it more politically agnostic than here? Seems like a lot of folks here support drone strikes and belittle those who speak out against them, if the speakers are not in the correct political party. Or they hate corruption by one party but ignore and excuse it when done by the other. It's the same political crap that got us into this mess and not what I heard OWS is about.
