If you have a bank account with a large bank, close it. Use a community bank or credit union instead. a. If you know anyone with a bank account with a large bank, ask them to close it.
Stop using credit cards.
In the state you live in, help form a National Bank of [your state], along the lines of the National Bank of North Dakota. Deposit your money there.
Ok I agree that those are positive actions. However, I believe this entire movement is about ending the culture of corporate greed on Wall St., not just in the banking industry. My biggest complaint is about the retailers who have sent so many job to slave wage nations like China.
