is 100,000 years old, max? that means we have, what.. maybe 5,000 generations under our belt? we are quite young when you think about it.
the seven deadly sins seem to miss the truth...the only true path to peace on earth is through heroism. selfishness is the obstacle and only lack of vanity brings us to who we really are. we are one without difference, that is the truth
Depends on when you think the species actually started. We may be much older than that. If you want to date it from our first attempts at civilization it's about 6,000 BC so that makes us even younger.
yeah, you are right. 5,000 generations of humanity and only 400 of them "civilized". We are toddlers..
"civilized"? Two World Wars. Rampant crime. Clitorectomies. Pol Pot. Stalinism. Africa.Mao. Slavery. The United Nations.
Nah look up that place in Turkey.. We go way further back than that some 13500 years
I was thinking of the first city-states. I am aware of that place but that isn't a civilization.
