Inherent in democracy and capitalism is corruption. To remove one from the other is like removing the wag from the tail.

Perhaps elections should be completely random lol. With one stipulation, they have to have a college degree. haha
The end result will be the same
and they'll wear a device that shocks them every time they think about taking money
or blow jobs!
