Hello from Occupy Vancouver, Canada! I'm closely involved in the general assembly committee here in Vancouver. I don't know if you have a similar committee, but what we do is develop effective communications strategies for the general assemblies themselves. We keep running into similar issues regarding the way that the general assemblies are operating, and since you guys are so much more experienced I need to get your help. If anyone that is or was closely involved in the types of things that I deal with (ie general assembly committee) I would ask that you please email me at joseph.leivdal@gmail.com so I can run some things by you.
This is all the help you will get. Good Luck. OWS is turning in to big joke started by adbuster.org. I was active member in O DC but almost quit now.
We have same issue in ODC Occupy Washington DC. NYC OWS got about half million of dollars in donations. We asked for help but we told to get our money. Washington DC politicians were responsible for all the fiasco but nothing is happening here.
Keep union out as Occupy DC got diluted by unions. Every capital in the world have big protest not Washington DC (ODC). Unions are keeping protester in NYC.
