Okay this action is notable! BUT we need specific action to AMEND the Supreme Court's ruling called "CITIZENS UNITED." This bit of work is the actual heart of the new, organized, 1% assault on the political system in the country. This one bit of legislation took our democracy and political system and handed them over lock-stock-and barrel to the ruling wealthy elite. Want a democracy?? AMEND "CITIZENS UNITED." Make it an ELECTION ISSUE. Write your congress man today so they will. FOCUS AND ACT!
OK. So if you could attach a copy of the act/ruling ( citizens united ) and then use the 6 degree of separation concept to forward it to everyone you know with instructions that they do the same. Perhaps include directions/instructions on how they could use the direct government contact sites ( include the links I attached below ), then perhaps you could generate a cohesive movement for change on this issue.
Educate/Advocate - Spread the word.

I have been active here since the very beginning, and since the very beginning I have been trying to make some core points. These points clearly have not been digested or fully understood by the mob, and so I'm going to try to make a further attempt here again.
For these reasons, I beg of you to please immediately join me on the wiki. We need to have all of these details and all of these ideas put together in an organized fashion, rather than posted in a long scrawl which will never be read.

OK. I'll check it out. But what did you think of my post?
I'm sure you have heard of the concept - 6 degrees of separation. So even if you have problems with my concept of contacting the government directly and getting everyone else to do so. You should be able to see that by sharing with everyone you know and having them do the same promotes education and thereby action. That by everyone contacting the government could very well start educating the government that the game of lip service is over.
So share this post by e-mail, facebook, twitter, or wiki. Lets all move forward together by using every tool that is available.
i like your post so much i included it on the wiki...?
i agree, absolutely.. spot on... lets get it detailed on the wiki...
I am absolutely new ( novice ) as far as wiki space goes. I was considering starting a page myself. I visited your site and am impressed. One thing about these space's? Is there like an available index that could be opened to find content listed in an a-z type format? Like I said I am a wiki newborn maybe I just need to spend more time on these sites to learn my way around. As to getting it detailed. How may I help/contribute?
yes, you can get "special pages" and then "list all pages"
so there are assorted organizational features and indexing and plus the system uses a categorization feature to help with that.
you can help or contribute by just signing in and making new pages to contain all of your ideas and thoughts, you can do research and link us to sites on the net, you can copy out important threads and make them accessible via the wiki... its a whole giant world of options.
Thanks for that gawdoftruth. I guess that I just need to start exploring/visiting.
your welcome! come on by :)
Will Do :)
obviously i like it so much and agree so much i added it to the wiki?
again, the problem is, the forum is a giant mess of disorganization.
so the true core thing that needs to happen is we need to leave the trollhatten and get on the wiki.
otherwise your good idea is mostly lost in the scrawl.
Well it got your notice so I guess it wasn't a totally wasted effort, and if you use the concept yourself you will get someone else s attention. The bottom line is use every opportunity to communicate educate and advocate.
Keep spreading the word.
