Business Systems analysis is simple. I have done it for over 25 years. There is a cause … and then the domino chain effects that people try to fix. We all know that:
1) You can’t fix a problem from the same mindset that created it.
2) You can never fix the problem causation by placing costly bandages on the symptoms.
3) Prescription administered without professional diagnosis is malpractice and cries out for statutory fraud … in the courts of law.
4) The only way to fix the supply-domino chain of problematic symptoms is to get to the cause.
5) All problems that persist are held in place by the benefactors. They have no problem.
6) When things don’t make an ounce of sense … its making someone a ton of money = power (M=P)
7) And finally … there are only TWO causes of all human problems:
a. Someone doesn’t want to … change the existing system
b. Someone doesn’t know how to … change the existing system
i. And when both systems are in play … ya get a party for some … and a tragedy for the 99%
8) And items a and b above point to two sources of all of America’s current conditions:
a. The voters do not know how to vote in open, honest and dependable politicians
b. The politicians do not want to change the status quo and get the news media to perpetuate their psi–ops.
The prescription for Changing the Leadership Causation Issues of this nation are simple: 1) Campaign Funding Reform – no more contributions from any source to any politician. It must all be 100% funded by a special government administered campaign funding mechanism … monitored and reported on by an independent CPA firm … that will be held legally and financially liable for misrepresentation to the public 2) Lobbyists must Report - to the public who they are working for … how much they get paid from their clients … and the report must be audited by a difference CPA firm make that information internet public. 3) Benchmarked Standards - The GAO must post on the internet the fiscal and monetary numeric standards set to maintain a healthy and sustainable economy … compared to where we are at (an economic report) and to report on the difference between the rules and actual results …and then the News media asks the pointed questions to all politicians and government department heads … Why are you out of compliance in this benchmarked metric. We the people … have to demand “Political Consequence Accountability (PCA) as reported to us by our CPA’s hired by we the tax payers. 4) Facts and not “news” - And if the news media remains “politically motivated” … then we hire our own investigative reporters (The League of Women Voters as an example … or ???) to tell us straight.

While I applaud these "prescriptions", being a former CPA myself, how about starting the war against Injustice by starting our own banks to double the income of the Bottom 99% of Workers, for many more people will come to your side when you are proactive (for “new” Business & Government solutions), instead of reactive (against “old” Business & Government solutions), which is why what we most immediately need is a comprehensive “new” strategy that implements all our various socioeconomic demands at the same time, regardless of party, and although I'm all in favor of taking down today's ineffective and inefficient Top 1% Management System of Business & Government, there's only one way to do it – by fighting bankers as bankers ourselves, and thus doubling our income from Bank Profits which are 40% of all Corporate Profits; that is, using a Focused Direct Democracy organized according to our current Occupations & Generations. Most importantly, remember, as cited in the first link, that as Bank Owner-Voters in your 1 of 48 "new" Business Investment Groups (or "new" Congressional Committees) you become the "new" Online Congress, and related “new” Businesses, REPLACING the "old" Congress, and related “old” Businesses, according to your current Occupations & Generations, called a Focused Direct Democracy.
Therefore, any Candidate (or Leader) therein, regardless of party, is a straw man, a puppet, a political opportunist, just like today; what's important is the STRATEGY – the sequence of steps – that the people organize themselves under in Military Internet Formation of their Individual Purchasing Power & Group Investment Power. In this, sequence is key, and if the correct mathematical sequence is followed then it results in doubling the income of the Bottom 99% of Workers from today's Bank Profits, which are 40% of all Corporate Profits.
Why? Because there are Natural Social Laws – in mathematical sequence – that are just like Natural Physical Laws, such as the Law of Gravity. You must follow those Natural Social Laws or the result will be Injustice, War, etc.
The FIRST step in Natural Social Law is to CONTROL the Banks as Bank Owner-Voters. If you do not, you will inevitably be UNJUSTLY EXPLOITED by the Top 1% Management System of Business & Government who have a Legitimate Profit Motive, just like you, to do so.
Consequently, you have no choice but to become Candidates (or Leaders) yourselves as Bank Owner-Voters according to your current Occupations & Generations.

Occupy Wall Street is not a problem. OWS is only one of numerous symptoms of a mounting plague of international proportion. These people are merely mirroring the feelings and voices of millions of people in over 900 cities throughout the world. As one small but poignant example, just last week the mayor of New York was going to physically remove the protesters in order to “clean up the park” … when little or nothing has been done to date … to clean up Wall Street, Madison Avenue or the Political Systems that are decimating the quality of human life through our global economy. The silent wall of justice now screams in pain through these people.
Problem causations sire problem effects. Common sense and wisdom tells us all that we cannot solve a problem by treating symptoms. Einstein perhaps said it best when he said “You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.” It’s time to look at the cause, for there - and only there will we will find the solution. Going to where Einstein went to gain this insight, can reveal many things that we can all readily recognize the moment they are spoken.
Discern the Cause … and the Solutions Will Self Reveal All problem effects that have plagued humanity since the beginning of time start from one of two sources of sole causation, i.e. #1) Someone does not want to change or alternatively, #2) Someone does not know how to change. If the system does not “want to change” or … “does not know how to” … “elevate their want to” - we have just defined the causation points of intersection. We need to assess the values that are driving our country. Here and only here will we discern “the prime cause” and thus herein we will finally recognize the principal solution.
All problems that persist are defended by their benefactors. Benefactors are not having a problem. Gain, when things don’t make an ounce of sense … it’s making someone a ton of money, or more to the point mentioned above, “When craft, divisive secrets and deception does not make an ounce of sense … it’s making someone a ton of money.”

More policy is what your asking. It doesn't fix anything. Lobbyists need removed period. Money (financial gain) shouldn't influence decision making in the government. Why do we bail out companies that caused the problem yet let others fail that were victims of the problem? Your solution would not prevent that. Money needs to be taken out of government. Our best solution is voting in the right people. The problem is our selection, all the people running already know it's the gravy train that will help them and their friends.
