I think that it is vital that OWS highlight the subversive elements that have poured hundreds of millions into wacko think tanks, astro-turf movements (Americans for Prosperity), anti-regulation and environmental lobbying, and very dark steps towards returning us to 1903. Chief amongst these elements are two brothers, Charles and David Koch. Following David's blunder as a VP candidate on the libertarian ticket in 1992, these guys have gone underground and it seems that wherever something doesn't smell right, you will find their footsteps.

If OWS needs antitheses, it is David and Charles Koch.

David apparently has a place at 740 Park Avenue in NYC.

Charles is halled up in his lair in Wichita, Kansas. The estate takes up numerous square miles at the NE corner of Rock road and 13th Street with gated entrances on both roads.

If you want an introduction to the Kock brothers, read the recent New Yorker piece. It frightens me how far these guys' tentacles reach.

It is time that they know that we are on to them.

Puff, it is obvious you are a liberal.

As I pointed out earlier it is not only republicans that are gaming the system. Unless we get money out of politics we are doomed.

If you really want 99% backing, you better appeal to everyone. So far all I have seen is division. As long as that continue's the Koch and Soros's of the world have won.

Thank you, I totally agree. Pointing out one pair of criminals in a whole sea of them seems a little inadequate, don't you think?

Picket the former New York State Theater while you're at it ... a protest at Lincoln Center would garner some attention.

Yeah, lets crucufy the bastards. They actually provide jobs to people. Lets string em up.

Your real target should be SOROS. Fear this By Michael Oberndorf A little noticed story in the Washington Times last week should scare the heck out of real Americans (See previous link). George Soros, whose name should now be pretty familiar to most conservatives, is involved in a far-left scheme to elect Secretaries of State, gaining control of election machinery and thus, the outcome of elections. As many have learned, Soros is an unrepentant, apparently sociopathic fascist, who got his training from the Nazis during WWII, confiscating the property of fellow Jews who had been shipped off to the death camps. He is also the man who made billions manipulating currencies and wrecking the Malaysian and British economies.

Soros is a major source of money behind a number of radical leftist outfits, like moveon.org, the Center for American Progress, the now defunct, but reorganizing ACORN, Apollo Alliance, National Council of La Raza, Tides Foundation, Huffington Post, Southern Poverty Law Center, Soujourners, People for the American Way, Planned Parenthood, and the National Organization for Women. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Bilderbergs. The group in question here is the Secretaries of State Project (SSOP), formed in 2006, supposedly to "to stop Republicans from 'manipulating' election results."

Those "radical leftist" outfits have worked diligently with the poor and have worked to support the rights of all, rather than the smallest percentage of our society. Are you really so simple as to think that if you pay homage to men like the Kochs, if you act like the rich and support them, then they will share the breadcrumbs that fall from their table. Poor fool you are.

Charles and David Koch : are they the ones paying most of the trolls on this site to DISTRACT and DISRUPT the important conversations we are supposed to have? It seems that our furry little friends go haywire as soon as their names are mentioned.

Until this movement occupies DC and starts going after the politicians who have led this nation to ruin, nothing will change. The 1% can up and leave anytime they want and they have no fears of prosecution or changes to the system so long as DC has their back. When is Pennsylvania Ave or the Capital Building going to be the focal point?

As long as Obama and the main stream media continue to deflect blame from themselves the sheeples will do as they are instructed.

Who do you think owns the Tea Party? Where did those tents and buses appear from at the rallies? Do you believe that all of those angry little people with too much time on their hands (because half were on social security) were the ones providing funding?

Do you know how many Republicans in the House or Senate have voted for a tax increase of any kind since 1992?

The answer is ZERO. David Koch may have made a fool out of himself in his foray into public politics, but the Kochs--and a few other billionaires--have bought the Republican party. They pay handsomely for loyalty and will punish anyone who gives anything on taxes.

They have financed Herman Cain as a vehicle to introduce a flat tax system. Now Rick Perry has followed suit with an equally stupid plan that will hurt the poor and the middle class. That was the Kochs' intent all along. If you push the dialogue so far to the right, anything less extreme might seem rational.

Go picket 740 Park Avenue and help the media discover the extent to which these guys have been pulling the strings.
