Why should Congress repeal the Patriot Act?

No thanks. We need Austerity to bring our fiscal house back in order. Massive cuts are needed in most all areas.

Exactly! While there could be some regulatory reform ( to include prosecuting the architects of the collapse and yes that means Barney Frank) more debt will do nothing but line the pockets of lobbyists.

what's citizen's united?

It's a misspelling of a Supreme Court decision that confirmed the right of people to speak as groups as well as individuals. This comment argues for demanding that the supercommittee to "do away" with Citizens United, but overruling a Supreme Court decision on the Constitution is outside Congress's power.

the super committee members can't speak as individuals?

6) Don't allow members of Congress to trade on inside information.

These are the top five issues gleaned from all the Occupy Locations as the TOP 5 Concerns......we need jobs but we also need freedom and opportunity.

FUCK the congressional super-committee. They are tasked with reducing debt, which is not the problem. When they fail to do that, the military and social program will each be cut be $600 billion. This will have two results:

1) the immediate end to most if not all foreign wars and military interventions and actions

and

2) a huge increase in the number of Occupiers and OWS supporters across the country by people whose benefits have been cut (again)

Their failure is or success! They will no doubt pass legislation preventing the automatic cuts, which is what we should be prepared to act on.
