The People should be writing the laws that govern corporations – not corporations writing laws to govern the People.
The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is one mechanism corporations have created and currently use to directly craft and enact law in the United States of America.
Through the corporate-funded American Legislative Exchange Council, global corporations and state politicians vote behind closed doors to try to rewrite state laws that govern your rights.
