Notice that the Occupy movement isn't mentioned as a 'risk' but as a potential 'threat:
"WEF [World Economic Forum - January 2012, Davos, Switzerland] researchers found that a backlash against rising inequality, including responses ranging from the Arab Spring to the global Occupy movement, pose risks that could not only erode the gains made by advances from globalization, but also pose a threat to economies throughout the world."
