Liberalism cannot survive without inequality and division. It must be created for the ideology to flourish.

One would think that conservatism would have something to do with conservation.
Another great ploy by the powers that be.

Just one more way of screwing over the English language.
Doublespeak is with us today.
Liberalism relies on division and class. Without it, there is no civil cause.
This statement would be classically know as placing the cart before the horse.
Bertram?
You should know better.
That reply makes no sense. Liberalism cannot function without division. Period.
Never watched FLAKESnews, or listened to Limbaugh?
You're still placing the cart before the horse.
If it wasn't for totalitarianism, there would be no need for such things.
Maybe from a Canadian standpoint. But America wasn't founded on worrying about what you neighbor makes.
When did they export FLAKESnews and Limbaugh to Canada?
You couldn't be more wrong about America either. Are you going by the Disney version?
They were very worried about what the East India Trading Company was making off of them.
It's a failing ideology. Haves and have nots stop working when everyone is a have not. You can thank every dictatorship on the planet for that being proven time and time again.
Same with conservatism. They both need enemies to thrive.
The capitalists need the nazis, then the communists and now the terrorists.
I'm not sure how you are defining liberalism. I believe many in Occupy are in favor of a libertarian socialist form of society. That is probably at the liberal end of the spectrum, but not the typical political liberal.
