Forum Post: Occupy has raised awareness and support - Now What?

Protesting only gets you one thing, recognition and support. Now that we have that, what is the next step? How do we frame our demands and convert them into action?

The99Declaration is one effort I am keeping track of. It's a good idea, although their draft is a little over the top for me. The idea is simple. Form an assembly of representatives from all over the country and create an official document detailing the problems we want fixed. It doesn't matter whether or not you agree with the people organizing it, because they are creating a venue for voices to be heard.
