Forum Post: Occupy Findlay Ohio

Occupy Findlay is a very organized group ranging from 75-100 members in the first 3 weeks. It's a small progression but with the support of the network, we should be able to expand. Already we've been featured in the headlines of the local paper twice. We're definitely stirring up communication which is good. Please, if you know anyone in the area, keep them informed and let them know to contact us on the site.

We have a permit to occupy the area from 12-12 everyday.

There's bottled water and food provided. We tend to only feed those who've devoted their time, effort, and provided intelligence to state their claims. Donations are accepted.

We expect you to clean up after yourself and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Bring a positive attitude and an open mind.

T-shirts are available $13. The merchandise is available to view on the page. Contact one of the page owners for information.

Those who do come, I suggest writing a paper on why you're there, what you're going to do to help the movement and what solutions do you find are possible. Also if you choose, write a "Declaration of Occupy Findlay" in your own words, we'll eventually merge them all together based on the facts and unbiased ideas to create and actual "Declaration".

We accept anyone willing to learn and spread the word, information is provided and a wide perspective of opinions are available to share and experience. It's a great time and I have great faith in this movement, stand strong 99%
