If you are upset about banks being bailed out while homeowners were foreclosed upon, then instead of Occupying Wall Street, Occupy Elm Street. Everyone quit paying rent, mortgages and property taxes. Refuse to pay until demands are met. Foreclose on the banks and watch how quickly your demands are accommodated. This is even easier to do than what people are doing now. You can even do it from home! ;-)

Sure, if 20 people did this it would be bad for them. But what about 20 million? Authorities would be hard pressed to evict that many renters. Banks couldn't afford to foreclose on that many homes. Not to mention the impact of property tax loss. If everyone has bad credit then we're all even. A total economic revolution by doing absolutely nothing.

I would love to see a bank strike.
