I'm not sure how to organize the entire country by then to catch vote thieves but we will have the tool to do it and others can use it from now on anywhere on earth.

The same tool on the link is being altered so one person holds a laptop and two or three interview voters as they exit the polling place and funnel the results to the computer operator.

"Would you like to archive your vote choice for a statistical sample to check for election fraud?"

"Sure"

"Who did you vote for president?"

"Candidate x"
