In case you have not heard of ChexSystems - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ChexSystems
This is the system that 80% of the banks in the US use to keep the 99% from freely participating in the economic system.
If you have one too many overdrafts because of you losing a job you will lose your right to freely participate in the economic system by being losing your rights to a bank account.
And - ChexSystems will not even let you know what your supposed "crime" was. They now control you - it is another scheme to make the 99% slaves to Mammon.

More "legal" corruption on behalf of the national banking system. It's interesting as to all the sorts of deceitfulness you find in how the financial system does its business. It's actually a bit more sophisticated, though. It's not just the actions of ChexSystems, but of major credit reporting agencies.
More employers today are checking employees' credit ratings and opting to deny them jobs based on negative credit scores, helping to maintain that a lot of people remain in poverty. Most of the information they use are based on a number of credit reporting agencies.
