Occupy the Cities of Avalon and Two Harbors - located on Catalina Island only 22 miles off the coast of Long Beach in Southern California. Catalina has perfect weather and is very beautiful and is considered the "GEM of CALIFORNIA!" With a population around 3,500 Avalon makes a perfect domain for our cause! You think the occupation of Zuccotti Park is a popular and well covered in the media, Occupy Catalina Island would become the King of all movements for the simple fact its Catalina Island. Isn't Catalina 26 miles off the coast? Stopping at 22 miles will leave you wet.
