Obama as just wrote and signed an executive order preparing for war and is claiming rights over everything: water, farm equipment, interstates, etc. Ugh!

Here's his Executive Order: National Defense Resources Preparedness which he signed Friday night: http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/16/executive-order-national-defense-resources-preparedness

The below excerpt is from "Web of Debt" by Ellen Hodgson Brown, J.D. - Page 108 (an excellent book, btw, that every serious Occupy supporter should read).

"The voters, then as now, were kept pacified with the right to vote for one of two or three candidates, all manipulated by the same puppeteers. As Indian author Arundhati Roy would complain of the election process a century later:

It's not a real choice, it's an apparent choice, like choosing a brand of detergent. Whether you buy Ivory Snow or Tide, they're both owned by Proctor and Gamble. . . . Those in positions of real power, the bankers, the CEOs, are not vulnerable to the vote, and in any case they fund both sides.

It was this sort of disillusionment with the political process that prompted Howard Zinn, Professor Emeritus in Boston University's history department, to state in 2001:

For progressive movements, the future does not lie with electoral politics. It lies in street warfare -- protest movements and demonstrations, civil disobedience, strikes and boycotts -- using all of the power consumers and workers have in direct action against the government and corporations."

Thanks for the quotes. Roy is right: the public thinks they are choosing/voting, but in the end if the puppets don't go along with the puppeteers they get shot (Kennedy who refused to let the Federal Reserve print US money) or impeached (Nixon was told who his cabinet was going to be by Rockefeller, and when he didn't go along with it all...) or controlled in some other way while they pass across the screen. The puppeteers who are above the puppets don't get elected nor do they have a limited 4 year term and, if things continue as they have been, they will always have the upper hand. They want total control and use the economy and war to advance the cause - both the radical liberals and radical conservatives (anyone not going with the flow) recognize this. The rest of the people are sleeping.

Thanks...It's obvious to all grounded in reality; that they intend to place the heel of the boot of tyranny, on our jugular; and crush until there is no breath, nor blood, left for life.

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8706) 8 years ago

Yeah, whatever you do don't vote Democrat - we need the real, genuine bastards in control again! That way we can give Y'all the jack boot!

[-] 1 points by Coup2012 (24) 8 years ago

So with a real overthrow of the government...you see it as constructive to use divide and conquer; and get into party politicking; when both parties are involved in a coup d'etat ? Okay...that's pretty much wht I expected. I certainly did not expect real discernment, courage and intelligence from the average person.

[-] 1 points by Koinonia (7) 8 years ago

I agree. As long as the Federal Reserve Act is in place the bankers run everything and call all the shots whether the Pres. is democrat or republican. Elections are just rearranging the furniture on the Titanic while the big bankers drive the ship.

[-] 1 points by GypsyKing (8706) 8 years ago

Could you translate that into some kind of English that actually means something?

[-] 0 points by bensdad (8977) 8 years ago

YOUR words
"war" and "dictatorship"
appear nowhere in this document
maybe they are in Obama's secret Muslim version ?
Can you cite the SPECIFIC section of this executive order
that makes you so paranoid?

[-] 2 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 8 years ago

The words from this guy are extreme but assuming the right to control all resources is pretty fucking bold. Not as bold as killing american citizens without charge or trial... but bold none-the-less.

How long do you think Bush and Obama and their administrations can get away with all the war crimes they've committed?

Also some dictatorships throughout history are worse than others. What would you call the brutality against protesters? Instead of death our country gives out jail and pepper spray and the TSA.

I wouldn't claim Obama or Bush to be dictatorships at all.... but the past 2 presidencies have taken a terrible direction.

[-] 1 points by bensdad (8977) 8 years ago

how many people were tortured under the Obama admin?
how many wars did Obama stop?
pardon the pun - its not black and white - do you seriously think Obama would have NOT read his 2001 PDBdo you ? do you seriously think Obama would have invaded Iraq? do you seriously think bush would ever have gotten osama?

no - I don't think Obama is always right, but I can't think of a single issue where I think bush would do better, or santorum, or gingrich, or romney
can you?

[-] 1 points by TrevorMnemonic (5827) 8 years ago

How many countries has Obama bombed? How many US citizens has Obama had killed via bombs strikes without charge or trial... in countries we're not at war with making it illegal to not only kill the US citizens but illegal acts of war as well in clear violation of international laws signed by the USA. Our country likes to commit acts of war without calling them wars.

Let me share a link from the ACLU in regards to torture

"The Obama administration’s adoption of the stonewalling tactics and opaque policies of the Bush administration flies in the face of the president’s stated desire to restore the rule of law. ... when these photos of torture do see the light of day, the outrage will focus not only on the commission of torture by the Bush administration but on the Obama administration's complicity in covering them up." - ACLU

ACLU files law suit against the Obama administration for war crimes... not the first time either.

"I'm not disgusted at President Obama personally. It's President Obama's policies on civil liberties and national security issues I'm disgusted by." - ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero

Status of Forces Agreement is all I have to say about Iraq. I voted for the 16 month plan but that was just a lie to help get elected.

I really don't think the events of 9/11 or the events immediately following it would have been much different regardless of whether Bush, Obama, Gore, Clinton, McCain, or whoever else was involved in presidential politics around that time was president at the time.

I mean how can you really put Obama up on a pedestal like this with what is included in the NDAA? Do we need a war with Iran for you to see that the Democrats are just as bad as the Republicans when it comes to feeding the military industrial complex?

[-] 4 points by bensdad (8977) 8 years ago

What pedistal???
So you do believe that Obama would have lied about WMDs and invaded Iraq?

When did Obama advocate war with Iran? Should he have let osama live?

[-] 1 points by Normalperson1 (119) from Indianapolis, IN 8 years ago

Where was the lie that you all claim Bush mad about WMD's? The FACT THAT WE DID NOT FIND THE WMD'S THAT OUR INTEL said he had, that every world government but Syria agreed with. That other nations Intel said he had. I believe that the Patriot act would still have happened. We would not have invaded IRAQ or Afghanistan. The US Economy would not have been any better and we would have still had the Housing crash.

[-] 1 points by bensdad (8977) 8 years ago

We also did not find the green cheese moon or the easter bunny.
OH! of course - we cant find them because the bad boy, Barack ate them to celebrate his massive tax cuts for the rich.

[-] 1 points by Normalperson1 (119) from Indianapolis, IN 8 years ago

Green cheese moon, man you be stupid. It is a Swiss cheese moon, where you kids get you sckooling anyway. And you can not find the Easter Bunny cause i killed that bunny for soom rabbit stew...... what sum.....

No one is cheering for the Democrats as much as they are showing real and deserved distaste for the Republicans in office.

We the people need those in office to uphold the constitution and remember that they serve the people - real living and breathing biological entities.

We work for the end of corruption it does not matter who the corrupt are it matters that the corruption stops.

And what the ripe fuck does any of that have to do with THIS issue you idiot puppet?

[-] -2 points by BlackSun (275) from Agua León, BC 8 years ago

[-] 2 points by bensdad (8977) 8 years ago

Don't worry the sheeple will say it's conspiracy theory.

[-] 1 points by shoozTroll (17632) 8 years ago

This doesn't even qualify as a theorem. let alone actual theory.

You need to work on it a bit more.

I would suggest a visit to prisonplanet. In fact, stay there.

Sheep need a leader and Alex already admits to being poisoned by fluoride, so he qualifies.

Baa baa Y'all.

[-] 1 points by Coup2012 (24) 8 years ago

Please state your premise clearly so that I can respond. We're not discusing Alex Jones; we're focused on the executive order for complete martial/military law takeover of the United States.

The executive order isn't a theorem, or theory; nor did Obama issue it as a response to Alex Jones. Try to articulate a cogent thought; if you're unable; refrain from pointless senseless verbiage.

You fail to clearly analyze, nor even state where we are today.
