Here is a list of Obama's top donors:

University of California $1,648,685 Goldman Sachs $1,013,091 Harvard University $878,164 Microsoft Corp $852,167 Google Inc $814,540 JPMorgan Chase & Co $808,799 Citigroup Inc $736,771 Time Warner $624,618 Sidley Austin LLP $600,298 Stanford University $595,716 National Amusements Inc $563,798 WilmerHale LLP $550,668 Columbia University $547,852 Skadden, Arps et al $543,539 UBS AG $532,674 IBM Corp $532,372 General Electric $529,855 US Government $513,308 Morgan Stanley $512,232 Latham & Watkins $503,295

No wonder Wall Street has only gotten more powerful under his watch. Who can we get to run against him?

Third Party candidates do nothing other then guarantee victory for one of the major party candidates.

You have all seen it for yourself in recent history.

Without Nader in 2000, Al Gore probably would have won. Nader took votes away from left leaning people and people who otherwise might have voted Democrat.

In 1992, Ross Perot took votes away from right leaning people and people who would have voted for Bush Sr.

A Third Party candidate usually just winds up sucking away crucial votes from one or the other of the major candidates.

In 2012, a Third party Ron P. candidacy would just solidify an Obama victory. Same with Third Party possibilities like Trump (he is all hot air and probably won't ever do it).

A Third Party candidacy from the left by someone like Al Gore in 2012 would almost guarantee the Republican nominee to win (Gore most likely wouldn't do it either).

I think you get the picture. You have to be careful when wishing for Third Party candidacies. More often than not, you are working against your own interests.

We definitely need a third party, and a candidate who can stand up to the assault on integrity that campaign donations bring. I say Colin Powell. Middle of the road republican and would not run for president. that's why it should be him.

LP.org - Take the worlds smallest political quiz and see how you score. At least you'll know where you stand.

"Wall Street helped give a fundraising edge to Democratic committees and candidates. Employees in the securities and investment industry made $34.3 million in donations last year, about the same as in 2007, with 62 percent going to Democrats, the party’s largest share in a non-election year in the 20 years of data compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics, a Washington-based research group."
