Surely did upset "someone with teeth."
Looks like the bank's panicked by some people closing their account. A very small bank run, as it were. Maybe this should be done by a whole lot more people if this works so well?

Wow. That woman really did look like a customer. I hope this gets around. Citibank has a lot to answer for.
