Everyone should see this.

Apparently they are blackmailing foreign officials as well, right now. The spying has provided the dirt they need to promote their agenda.

Reminds me of the Mexican cartels telling police officers they only had two choices; take the silver or take the lead (Pb).

You made some good points here. World problem. To survive this USG/TPTB aggression, it will take a combined effort by US citizens and other nations.

[-] 2 points by itsmyblood (10) 10 years ago

everyone should react to this.

The U.S. is under coup.

which is why they are so intent on keeping government actions secret

[-] 1 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

What you gonn'a do about it? What's the plan?

Do you think we can talk about it openly? Or, do we need a secret forum;-)

[-] 2 points by itsmyblood (10) 10 years ago

i am considering the formation of a new political party or a mechanism to support independent candidates outside of the current political process and what it would take to launch something meaningful off the ground. i am considering what it would take to run an independent campaign myself. i am considering a wide range of options and what would have the most effect message wise i have no illusions of winning a thing. we probably are going to be in the ash bin of history cause the winners right the history but fuck it i am going to resist their tyranny, i am going to resist the new world order.

[-] 1 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

Party politics suk. Right here, in this forum I read a post that outlined an amazingly simple concept of placing principles over parties. I'm reading about it now, all new to me but so far it makes sense.

Criminal, yes more justice. Civil, no. If you sue gov in civil court you got no rights w/o attorney. No free speech, can't move the people; no 14th AMD rights in court = no way to correct unlawful gov. If a civil case against gov is dismissed before trial unconstitutionally, no jury is involved. There have been secret changes to court rules that remove chance of using rights to preserve rights.

[-] 1 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Yes, I think you have to Prove you have been damaged unless you are pursuiting a Class Action Suit. Then Willful Neglect might be the first, easy violation which people that have been bribed into these acts may have committed. Then I think you find many people have Sovereign Immunity since they are Regulators working for the Government. And I think the Answer lies in the Scope of Damage to the nation or the Class of People Damaged.

If the whole Class has been damaged, has their Real Estate holdings been damaged, the fees they paid were systematically increased through price fixing... and Retirement savings lost through the Financial Crash which happened because of a Wall Street Secondary market for Mortgages enabled through False Ratings of AAA through direct payments and collusion of the Banks.... and that they Banks knew the value was vastly overstated and would likely lead to a System Crash... and this lead to the lose of Savings for a Class of People.... Then Yes the Scope of Damages is easily proven to be $3 Trillion, $6 Trillion, or $11 Trillion Dollars (and that aint Hay!!).

[-] 1 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

There are other suits besides tort injury claims. If gov is doing something it should not, then injunctive relief, or if it's not doing what it should, specific performance are triable. But not without fully constitutional courts.

[-] 1 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Yes, it is a problem. But it is also a problem that those with money can file frivolous Lawsuits... and that local Police throw every law in the book at civilians for consensual crimes, crimes where no one is hurt, and for things like writing in chalk on a sidewalk, taking pictures in a public place of government officials performing their official duties.

All of these layers of courts and different jurisdictions including different cities, and different states.... of course there is going to problems with this complexities and the nature of Lawyers is to fight the constitution and other laws while finding loopholes to gain advantage.

So, what do we do in turn? Do we limit the number of practicing lawyers? No. Do we pass guidelines for business & conducting business... and for personal privacy rights, and for individual and human rights. No. Because we are Idiots. And we have the freedom to sell law degrees to anyone that can afford it and go to law school and pass the bar exam. And since the Law Industry Makes Tons of Money We "Refuse" To Regulate the Industry. We are Idiots. And Constitutional Lawyers are the ones that learn how to get around the US Constitution which is the Law of the Land and Should BE PROTECTED not attacked by Lawyers trying to make Law into a business and trying to become Lobbyist.

How disrespectful is that? To allow Attacking of the US Constitution to become an Industry for a common way to make a living.

[-] 1 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

"And we are idiots". The Id, the inner child, the human animal mind. Yep, that controls us.

Was it like that when attorneys were outlawed? When they were hung for practicing law?

Seems to me the constitution needs to be enforced. Hard to believe no one amongst these many rebels could think of a sure fire way to get that done. I mean, sure, their won't be agreement on it, but at least by the facts it would be the way to go. Seen any strategy here like that?

[-] 1 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Fair point. I've made similar posts to that affect (to no Effect naturally). There has to be a Common Law of the Land to Bind us all together. Otherwise we will Balkanize for sure. Politicians can refuse to acknowledge the many disparate groups in the USA and the can "Spin Everything as they see Fit". But it doesn't eliminate the 20th Century threat which is now a 21st Century Threat which is that we have little to bind this country together.

Maybe Everyone is Hanging on the American Individual Rights as the One thing now. It was eliminated under George W. in the GWOT push though along with the Geneva Conventions. But it may be the One Thing that can be Discussing in MSM and which can become a national discussion without offending the power players. If power players are offended by these discussions,... then they play into the hands of the media & alternative media.

My conclusion is that Watchdogs for the Constitution and all Grass Roots Groups should be Discussing Human Rights & Individual Rights & Geneva Conventions.

[-] 2 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

The people basically know their rights, human and civil. Seems that discussion on how to see them respected is what is needed, . . . anywhere, everywhere. Please, somewhere.

[-] 2 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Yes. And we should talk about how Nazi thinking is on both the Right and the Left. I just created a post about this. Unfortunately I don't think it is my best work.... We tolerate people that are fighters and are too aggressive... we need to keep these people straight or they will get us in trouble... or they will get charged for crimes down the line. Here on OWS these people are given wide berth.

[-] 3 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

Good observations. I've learned about a great strategy while reading here, despite the deeply mislead/used anarchists. That is the concept of placing principals over parties. That gets rid of the demo/repub problem and creates opportunity for Americans to define principals.

Tice: Okay. They went after–and I know this because I had my hands literally on the paperwork for these sort of things–they went after high-ranking military officers; they went after members of Congress, both Senate and the House, especially on the intelligence committees and on the armed services committees and some of the–and judicial. But they went after other ones, too. They went after lawyers and law firms. All kinds of–heaps of lawyers and law firms. They went after judges. One of the judges is now sitting on the Supreme Court that I had his wiretap information in my hand. Two are former FISA court judges. They went after State Department officials. They went after people in the executive service that were part of the White House–their own people.

[-] 2 points by itsmyblood (10) 10 years ago

they targeted journalists as well.

[-] 2 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Yes. Actually you make a good point. The press is now the Mouth Piece and Public Relations Arm of Congress, the Supreme Court, and the Executive Branch.

Journalist are defacto Government Officials. I sort of see the Power in the hands of the Editor, but no one knows the Editors name as well as the TV or Cable TV Anchors. And people are now Quoting the News Anchor as if he is the Source of the News ... or as if he has some credibility. You will notice that about Right Wing Guys, they pick out and hold up News Anchors as "Their Guy". When really you just get Bullet points from the white house or the Pentagon.

[-] 3 points by Builder (4202) 10 years ago

They are Repeaters. Not Reporters.

Investigative journalists are not hired in the MSM.

Robert Bauval, historian, is on the radio tonight on Coast2CoastAM.com ... he is actually speaking about the people of Egypt this last half hour. He describes Egypt as a Cosmopolitan Country, a melting pot, a mixed ethnic background people. Multi-ethnic. He says they were and are a sweet people that have been abuse so terribly... Turks, Italians, French maybe, Egyptians.... A party of Enough formed because the people had enough... kids sleeping in the streets, people eating from the garbage.... They shouted Dignity. They want to be Respected. They were bullied, Abused, suppressed, Repressed, etc.

And then they wanted Mubarak out. They wanted the Junta Out.

Often he says those that make the Revolution, who suffered and died in the Revolution, who are successful, lose the Revolution to people that are better organized who are waiting in the background. This happened in Egypt in the Arab Spring. The Muslim Brotherhood was in the background and took over.

A 60 Year Junta was enough. The people wont take it. The promises are not enough. Morsi is going backward taking more power from the People.

Robert Bauval is slowly working his way through the current events... so may take time to get through any audio file when posted later on the internet.

Not much new here I guess.... Maybe the US Government has been watching how much a people can take. Maybe our collective governments and banks watch always to see how much people take before they finally stand up for a Revolution. Maybe some of our policies are actually to experiment on populations ... to repress them to see how much they will take.

The supreme court judge is chief justice roberts. What they have on him : he and his wife adopted two kids from south america but the kids are not south american, they're irish.only the irish can adopt irish, thats their law. and thats what the current administration has on roberts. thats why roberts voted the way he did last year on obamacare. he was blackmailed .

[-] 2 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Could be. Congress have Illegals working for them in gardens, working on their Homes, and doing the Maid Service. That could be enough in some cases....? Or what if a governor slept with an Illegal Maid and fathered a Child? What if the Lifetime nanny for the Governor or Congressperson was an Illegal?

The Problem is that US People are very uptight about Alcohol & Drug Use or Addiction even in Spouses or Children... meaning they want to hide all kinds of abuse. They Hide Adultery. They hide and will pay money to keep sexual secrets and proclivities secret. I say we have a very conservative Press that Moralizes when there is even a little blood in the Water.

And I don't know if the Press Demonizes people who have secrets only because of political pressure or political clout, or people in Power just wanting more power over a vacant office that they can maneuver to a new player that will owe them (political debt).

Anyway... you see how big a deal Antony Weiner's underwear pictures of his shlong is (Lust in his Heart like Jimmy Carter),.... And even though, Eliot Spitzer, (the Governor from NY that was going after Wall Street) seemed to be a Adult, a man capable of doing his job, we don't know if he was spied on by someone and singled out for harassment that lead to the knowledge that he paid escorts. Spitzer has a mixed record as I think he was cracking down on prostitution, but maybe he was cleaning up the streets and trying to make the streets more respectable (i.e. serving the community well being).

What other secrets do Americans Try men in the Press for? There must be many reasons... like an illegal adoption.

Strangely,... insider deals, investment payouts that are too good to be true, investment track records that are too good to be true... Never get the Full Weight of the Press. It is called Conflict of Interest, people

[-] 1 points by gameon (-51) 10 years ago

weiner is married to hillarys chief of staff, ( huma abedin who has family ties to the muslim brotherhood) bill officiated at their wedding. and now weiner is running for mayor of nyc.

[-] 2 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Muslim Brotherhood seems to be created by the British as were the Kingdoms of Iraq, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia... and probably Syria. SO I guess the American CIA took over contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood after WWII.

So, if Weiner has contacts in the CIA & Brotherhood... That would appear to make him a strong Candidate for the Presidency of the USA. LOL I mean based on past performance.... George H. W. Bush... George W. Bush.

Anyway, they say our CIA Made or Created or Groomed the Mujahidin, Al Quada, and the Taliban. I now Suspect one of the Intelligence Agencies Create the US President after the PTB pick him based on Background Info... I mean for the Bankers or the PTB.

Clearly the US President is serving a different master than the people, the common people.

[-] 2 points by gameon (-51) 10 years ago

the muslim brotherhood are terrorists. their goal is worldwide sharia law.

[-] 2 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Yes, fundamentalist are usually dangerous. I hear they want Austerity and Neoliberal Policies that keep only certain people rich while the majority remain poor. Their economic policies are to control the money, hoard the money, status quo, and repress the people.

[-] 1 points by gameon (-51) 10 years ago

Do you know what sharia law is?

[-] 2 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Well I've been to parts of the world you will never go to. The law seems to be everything the Age of Enlightenment was exposing as crap. But I will tell you that Catholics, Protestants, and Christian Fundamentalist habe hounded me in this life.

I will also say that I have had Muslim Clerics or leaders of some kind yelling at me.

You tell me if that is good enough. Get back to me.

[-] -1 points by gameon (-51) 10 years ago

you have not answered as to whether you know what shaira law is with specifics.how have catholics hounded you? for what reason?

[-] 3 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

Well I guess you are pissed or have some big agenda on the Sharia Law. But the Problem is US, British, and other European Foreign Policy.

A) We will deal with any Tyrant or Muslim Group as long as they say they will be our Ally and work with us... and as long as they are not Communists or Marxist Socialist (because nationalizing Resources is bad for US Business Interests) B) We will engage in Paramilitary Operations against any nation that no longer goes along with our Interests and who has some strategic or natural resources value C) We will ignore the Geneva Convention, human rights, & Individual Rights in Legal or Military Actions (since we can control the information, the press, the history, and the spin in most if not all cases especially in third world countries) D) We will promote War when it suits us and will say that we are sorry that women, children, and civilians are hurt by our high tech weapons (but we will refuse to count or keep track of civilian deaths, loss of business, losses to foreign economies, and to loss of homes and cultures) E) We will fund, train, provide weapons, and support Tyrants or Terrorists if we see Fit.

Don't you think we should stop going to war 5,000 miles away to use high tech weapons against people that can never mount an army, navy, or air force to attack this Nation?? Don't you think we should stop attacking and holding embargos against people that can never even fire a missile and hit the USA??

Don't you think the US Foreign Policy is the Equivalent of Sharia Law??

[-] 1 points by gameon (-51) 10 years ago

muslims will never work with "us" , their objective is to have the entire world controlled by sharia law. sharia law is facism. The goal of the current adminstration and its US domestic policy is fascism.

[-] 2 points by Middleaged (5140) 10 years ago

I think you make a "Fair Point". I can't refute that. I can't really add to that other than what I always say when I am here. That we do have a Fascist Government, that we do have a Duopoly, that Law now favors the Corporate interests, and that our courts have been captured by corporate interests.

I have saved a copy of this web page. This will either begin waiting for a long awaited exposing of this country's internal war or the page will suddenly become unavailable. I'm hoping for the turning point outcome, myself.

[-] 1 points by itsmyblood (10) 10 years ago

the situation is very dark indeed.

[-] 1 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

Wow! Internal war. Appropriate description. But who/what are the factions exactly?

[-] -1 points by AntiPoverty (-3) 10 years ago

Noun

A state of armed conflict between different nations or states or different groups within a nation or state.

Verb

Engage in a war.

Synonyms

noun. warfare - battle - fight - struggle - combat - strife

verb. fight - combat - battle - make war

If the people do not support the action of an armed segment of the government against it's own people, such as the press and even other segment of the government itself...

...well I guess I could call it something else but then people would call it a conspiracy theory. Unless I missed something or these things didn't actually happening?

[-] 0 points by forourfutures (393) 10 years ago

Both parties are infiltrated by an unconstitutional faction, secretly. The other is confounded by the collusion.

Yeah, we get former gang members in the military, as Prison Guards, in Banking, in Intelligence, City & Country Records, AT&T, Media Com, Verizon, Sprint, Comcast, Microsoft, CISCO, Google, Apple, Facebook, .... We just don't know who will get their hands on the Information and use it... Knowing that there are 100 other people that could have stolen the data (plausible deniability).
