The simple solution to the wealth distribution problem is to create a new business model. To start with start a new bank. This bank will have a unrevokable guiding policy in which no person or entity employed by the bank will ever make more than three times the hourly amount of the lowest paid person. Each person who has one dollar or millions or any amount in the bank will get one vote on policy issues. Each persons vote will be made public. Each person who has money is in essence an owner in the bank. No overpaid CEOs or administrators. No overpaid board of directors. The business model as far as banking is concerned will follow all standard rules and regulations in the banking industry. All paperwork generated by all employes and or agents attorney or anyone or entity associated with the bank will be public record, no hidden agendas. I propose to call this the Robbin Hood Bank. After this succeeds in changing the banking world we will move into the insurance, health care and communications industries. All companies will have the same open honest polices where all people are paid a fare wage and no executives will steal money from the top. We also need to have a directory of businesses we can support. Small businesses where pricing is fair and employees are treated with respect.

Start your own bank.

We have heaps of community banks in Australia.

It's not rocket science.

Take some ownership of your own life.

I'm no banking expert and probably not the best person to help you out. I think you have a valid idea though and wish you the best of luck in giving it a try.

It would never succeed in the banking world because you are talking about the banks in one country. Do you believe that even if the US said sure lets do this, that the rest of the world would follow suit? Be realistic.
